Meet the team
Ashton
Ashton shines in location research and scouting, including finding those secret hidden gems, and putting together epic timelines, making sure you don’t feel rushed on your elopement day. He’s also the writer of our ceremony scripts and loves officiating intimate ceremonies!
Alanna
Alanna is all about your experience. As a yoga instructor she embodies mindfulness and intentionality, and finding that space within the outdoors for you to feel totally at peace with your love, whether you want a slow relaxed day or one full of excitement and adventure.
Tess
Tess loves specializing in intimate just-us elopements. She’s all about making your experience unique to you! She’s a vendor expert and loves talking details, attire, hair & makeup, DIY tips & tricks, and how to make your experience special.
Dale
Dale helps with the support, planning, admin, all our big ideas—plus helping couples write their vows and find the right words for their love. He’s also an expert on all things Seattle and can give you all the best local recs for restaurants, hotels, and travel!

We know being in front of the camera can feel a little awkward. Our approach is low-key and supportive—we’ll offer gentle direction when needed, but also give you space to relax, explore, and be yourselves. Expect a mix of natural portraits, candid moments, and time that feels like your own.

STEP 1
The Inspiration Stage
Before we dive into logistics, we’ll start with the big picture (pun intended). Whether you’ve had a vision for years, or only know you want to get married in the mountains—we want to hear your ideas! What does it look like? What’s the vibe? Where are you, what are you doing, eating, seeing?

Itinerary planning
With your vision in place, we’ll start shaping your elopement trip—both the day-of flow and the surrounding travel.

The Little Details
With the big pieces in place, we’ll shift to the fun stuff—food, attire, colors, music, vows, and everything that makes your day feel personal and true to you.
If we’re officiating (or helping a guest do it), we’ll work together to create a ceremony that’s intentional, heartfelt, and perfectly suited to your setting.

We’ll finalize your packing list, check the forecast, confirm guest details, and make sure you’re ready to roll.
If you’re flying into Seattle, plan to stop by our downtown studio for a warm welcome and a little send-off. We're just steps from Pike Place Market—perfect for grabbing flowers or snacks before heading out.
And then? Forget the checklist. Go live the adventure of a lifetime.

📋 What is an elopement planner anyway?
We’re not traditional wedding planners. Think of us as your guides, co-creators, and logistics helpers. We’re part travel guide, local expert, idea-generator, and day-of support—here to help you shape an intentional day you love.
🚫 What we don’t do:
We don’t book vendors, travel, or lodging. We don’t make decisions for you or manage your accounts. What we do is give you the tools, recs, and support to plan your day your way—with expert help at every step.

We offer complimentary officiating for just-us elopements! We love how intimate our elopement adventures feel when we get to plan your day, capture every moment, AND make it all official. We’ll help you through the whole process, including:
