An Adventure Elopement in Two Parts: Washington Coast & Mountains
Field Notes: Olympic Coast & Mt. Baker Wilderness — May/August 2024
For their wedding day, A&G wanted the best of both worlds that Washington state has to offer: mountains & water. And they got both! Their first adventure, in springtime, was along the Olympic coast with a private cerermony—then a few months later we reconvened for the second part of their adventure, a backpacking elopement in the Mt. Baker Wilderness in August, amid the summer wildflower blooms.
