We only have these 3 Alaska dates in 2027, so I recommend reaching out as soon as you know you want Alaska, ideally ~8-10 months out. Booking early also gives us the best shot at securing tours, vendors, and lodging, since those book up independently of us.

Here’s our three-part payment plan:

• 40% retainer due at booking

• 30% due midway

• 30% due two weeks before your elopement

No, our fee covers photography, planning, and (if you'd like) officiating. Any tours or charters (helicopter landings, boat trips, floatplane excursions) are booked and paid for directly with the operator, including a seat for us if we're joining. I’ll help you choose and coordinate them, but they're billed separately so you maintain control of your reservation.

Alaska’s weather is wild and unpredictable — and a lot of the activities we might do are highly weather-dependent. Each date comes with a raindate, effectively doubling your chances for good conditions. If a booked tour is unavailable for a reschedule, we’ll have a backup plan built into your itinerary — an alternate location or route, or a different activity.

Yes, Alaska requires one witness signature on your marriage license. Since we come as a team of two, one of us can officiate and the other can sign as witness!

If you’re inviting guests you can also have one of them sign.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring your own officiant, or have a friend or family member lead the ceremony. I’m happy to share my officiant resources if they’d like help getting ordained or need help with their script.

If you want a loved one to lead symbolically, I can also sign as the legal officiant and take care of the paperwork.

Adventuring in Alaska doesn’t have to mean hiking to the top of a mountain — but it can. Outside of hiking, there are SO many amazing ways to experience Alaska: helicopter landings, seaplane flights, boat tours or paddling, dog-sledding, off-roading, sight-seeing, picnicking, stargazing — even just staying at a scenic lodge can get you close to some of the most beautiful wilderness out there.

If you do want to hike, we have some options in the 1-5 mile range!
